Rural Honduran hillside village where Honduras Health Horizons conducts medical and water brigades

Honduras Health Horizons

We work with Honduran partners to conduct medical brigades, provide clean water, and more in rural Honduran villages.

Help Us to Help Others

Honduras Health Horizons was founded to build on the work done through the SUNY Fredonia study abroad program in Honduras. That program takes undergraduate students to Honduras to conduct primary care medical brigades in rural communities. This program will support the student program, expand it to do additional brigades, to continue work with other groups on providing clean water to homes in the rural villages, and to support the work of our hosts in providing assistance to those rural Honduran villages.

About Us

We are an all volunteer organization, focusing on working with colleagues in the US and Honduras to provide health care and clean water in Honduras and educational opportunities in service learning.
